To help celebrate the reopening of our Titchfield branch we are running a prize draw for our customers to enter. We are collecting personal data to administrate the draw. Personal data will be collected as people enter and we will need to use the data to communicate with entrants and choose a winner.

After the winners have been chosen we will keep entrants data for two months, unless otherwise indicated on entry form. This is in case a winner does not claim their prize and we need to use the data again to draw a new winner.

Data will be stored securely at the branch until after the draw has taken place, then transferred to Everetts Pharmacy head office at Park Gate, where it will be held securely until it is destroyed.
